Shri Praveen Kumar Srivastava is an IAS officer of the Assam - Meghalaya Cadre of 1988 batch who was appointed as Vigilance Commissioner by the Hon'ble President of India on July 21, 2022. He joined the Commission on 3.8.2022 as Vigilance Commissioner and Officiated as Central Vigilance Commissioner we.f 25.12.2022. Sh Praveen Kumar Srivastava took oath as Central Vigilance Commissioner on 29.05.2023. Shri Praveen Kumar Srivastava did his Graduation and Post-Graduation from University of Allahabad (UP). He has worked in various capacities and positions in Government of India and the State Government of Meghalaya and retired as Secretary (Coordination) Cabinet Secretariat on 31st January 2022
Shri Arvinda Kumar is an Assam and Meghalaya Cadre IPS Officer of the 1984 batch. He was appointed as Vigilance Commissioner by the Hon’ble President of India on July 21, 2022. He joined the Commission on August 3, 2022, as Vigilance Commissioner. Shri Arvinda Kumar is a postgraduate in physics from Delhi University. He has worked at various places in Assam, and in 1991 he was posted in IB as Assistant Director. He retired as Director IB on June 30, 2022.
